All applicants must fill out an application and a credit screening with background check. The application is free and the screening costs $30. In order to request an application, please email hello@sehacolumbus.com to request one.

To qualify for application, we require:
• A minimum credit score of 620 (this may be satisfied with a co-signer)
• No recent evictions
• An income that is at least 3x your rent

We have a laundry room on the first floor just off of the tenant lounge. There are three brand new commercial grade washers and three brand new commercial grade dryers. The wash costs $1.25 and the dry costs $1.00. We provide free detergent and have a change machine inside the laundry room. We also have a folding table.

Your room will have all typical appliances except we have a 2-burner stove-top instead of a 4-burner range, and there is no oven in the unit. You can bring in a table-top convection oven, though!

Your room will have a stainless steel refrigerator, microwave, deep bowl sink, and granite countertop.

Your room will come with a bed frame, dresser, desk, chair, and desk lamp. In the kitchen, we’ve also added hooks to store your pots and pans, a paper towel holder, and coat hooks mounted to the wall. In the shower, we’ve provided a shower caddy.
